NutritionalCenter.com's shipping rates and policies vary depending upon the size of your order, delivery options, shipping address, and shipping provider.


Shipping Charges

All shipments are subject to charge based upon the shipping provider's rate sheets given the weight and distance of the shipment. Deliveries made to residential postal codes may be subject to a surcharge by the shipping provider. All orders are subject to a $1 handling charge. Currently, NutritionalCenter.com ships only via FeDex. FeDex's rates can be found at FeDex.com.

The weights of products used to calculate your shipping cost are as close an approximation as can be managed to the actual weight of your shipment. The distance to shipments is based upon that orders' distance from the fulfillment zone, currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

You can get an approximation of your shipping charges before you purchase by using the shipping calculator in your shopping cart. You will be presented with a final shipping cost in the last stage of checkout.

Fulfillment and Express Delivery

Due to strong demand for our products, stock may not be on hand for all orders. All estimated shipping times available throughout the site estimate the shipping time from when the orders are FILLED, not from when the orders are PLACED. Most orders will be filled the business day the order is placed, but it may take up to 2 business days to replenish stock.

Orders are considered placed on their business day. A NutritionalCenter.com business day ends at 5:00 PM PST, and consists only of weekdays (M-F). Orders placed before this time will not be reviewed, filled, or shipped until the next business day at the earliest. Weekends are not considered, so an order placed after 5:00 PM PST on Friday may not be reviewed or filled until Monday the following week.

As with any order, overnight deliveries will be made following the day that stock becomes available, not necessarily the business day that the order is placed.

Shipment Notification and Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail containing the details of the shipped order, including a tracking code that you can use to track your package. This tracking code can usually be used by going to your shipping provider's website, or by reaching them via phone. You can also track your packages by going to your account settings and viewing your order status.

Notification of Complications

If there is a complication with your order, you will be contacted immediately. You will not necessarily be notified if stock-on-hand does not permit the fulfillment of your order, but we will do our best to keep you posted on the status of your delivery.

Duties and Taxes

Our prices do not include duties or insurance. These charges are the bubuyer responsibility if billed for them by any local authority. Shipping and handling for California residents are subject to the state's sales tax.

Statements on Restrictions

NutritionalCenter.com only ships to the continental United States (all 48 contiguous states, no shipments to Hawaii or Alaska). As such, all shipping rates are specified in United States Dollars (USD). NutritionalCenter.com strictly follows all federal regulations regarding the sale and shipment of all its product or product ingredients that are considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States.

Shipments to P.O. boxes may be prohibited by the shipping provider, and as such are discouraged. Shipment to prisons are allowed, but we encourage buyers to review the receiving prison's policy on shipments to avoid the risk of the package being withheld or returned.

Shipping Outside of the United States

NutritionalCenter.com currently does not ship outside the contiguous continental United States.

Free Shipping

Certain orders may qualify for free shipping. If your order qualifies, you will be given the option to choose free shipping during checkout. Free shipping is done as a courtesy by NutritionalCenter.com, and implies no waiver of any kind except that there is no cost associated with the shipping or handling of the order.

Condition of Order

NutritionalCenter.com follows all guidelines regarding the safe packaging and transit of orders to their buyers. We understand however that once a package leaves our doorstep, we no longer have any control over it. Therefore, NutritionalCenter.com waives any guarantee that the package will arrive in perfect condition, though steps are taken to ensure that they do.
