Who we are, and what we're trying to do

We are NutritionalCenter.com, a source for nutritional information and products based in San Jose, CA. We began as a small group of young, health-conscious individuals with big ideas about staying healthy. We believe the fundamental requirement for staying healthy is first being informed about the basics of staying fit, understanding your body and its needs,

Most people don't understand the fundamental steps towards achieving good health - we seek to change that

and then finally catering to those needs. However, most people don't really understand these fundamental steps towards achieving good health - and we seek to change that.

It all began one day when one of our founders noticed that people around him were falling into worse health every day, not because they didn't want to try and stay healthy, but because they didn't know how. Finding that an alarming number people had wrong ideas about what it takes to stay healthy, we decided that the best way to help them get back on track was to educate them about their bodies, and then provide them with the tools they need to keep their bodies strong.

On September 6th, 2004, we released a service suited to the task of providing people with everything they need to stay healthy. We now carry over 16,000 nutritional products by major manufacturers, have an archive of hundreds of educational articles to be released on a regular basis, have a website that we're pretty fond of, and finally, a staff of individuals who legitimately care about health issues.
