Lavender is derived from the Latin word "lavare", which means to wash. It was the favored fragrance of Rome and was added to bathwater for a fresh, clean aroma. NOW® Lavendar Oil is steam distilled from Lavender plants. This French essentail oil is 100% pure.
Suggested Use
Lavender Oil (Lavandula officinalis) can be used as a fragrance. This oil is very potent and can best be used when mixed with other oils or creams.
Warning: Keep out of reach of children. For external or aromatherapeutic use only.
