High Lignan Flax Oil is a non-genetically engineered natural supplement that contains flax particulate matter which is high in lignans.
Lignans are phytochemicals that are gaining interest in the medical community for their reported health benefits.
Each serving has approximately the following naturally occurring amounts of polyunsaturated fats and mono-unsaturated fats:
Linolenic Acid (Omega-3)............6.1 g (55%)
Linoleic Acid (Omega-6)..............1.5 g (14%)
Oleic Acid (Omega-9)...................2.1 g (19%)
Other (Saturated)...........................1.3 g (12%)

High Lignan Flax Oil has been shown to support overall health.
Suggested Use
Shake well before use. As an herbal dietary supplement take one tablespoon (14 ml) 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals. Suitable in salad dressing oil, sauces, peanut butter, yogurt and protein shakes; it can also be used in place of butter on rice, potatoes or toast. Gradually increase your intake if desired.
