Men: If you are under 200 lbs, take 1 tablet 3 times daily. If you are over 200 lbs, take 2 tablets 3 times daily. Ideally, each dose should be consumed 8 hours apart to ensure a stable increase in testosterone.
Women: Take one tablet 3 times daily. However, stop approximately 5 days before the beginning of menstruation and then resume after the period.
