Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 3 caplets 2 times daily.
Take 3 caplets on an empty stomach in the morning. Take another 3 caplets 1/2 hour after your afternoon meal.
Water intake is recommended at 0.6 oz per pound of body weight per day. (e.g. 200 lbs X 0.6 = 120 oz daily).
