Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 3 caplets 2 times daily.
Take 3 caplets on an empty stomach in the morning.
Take another 3 caplets 1/2 hour after your afternoon meal.
Recommended Daily Water Intake Calculation: 0.6 oz / pound of body weight / day
(for example, 200 lbs X 0.6 oz/lbs/day = 120 oz would be the recommended daily water intake).
