Phosphatidyl serine (PS) is a key human brain phospholipid and is essential for normal neuron structure and function. It is an important constituent of nerve cell membranes, which allow us to conduct electrical impulses, assisting communication from one nerve cell to another. This contributes to healthy cognitive function, including maintaining concentration.
