Oat bran is a rich source of nonirritating soluble dietary fiber. Source Naturals Oat Bran 1000™ tablets contain pure, high-grade oat bran, with no oat flour or oat meal. Organically grown in accordance with the California Organic Foods Act of 1990.
Suggested Use
1 to 3 tablets with each of 3 meals. Be sure to take tablets with at least 8 ounces (one cup) of water or other liquid, or as recommended by your health care professional.
